CROSSFIT
“Constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit classes combine strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, squats, deadlifts, burpees and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored! We scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time.

FUNDAMENTALS
Every new CrossFitter at SFM begins in our Fundamentals course. In 5 small group sessions over the course of 2 weeks, you’ll train beside other beginners just like you and learn the correct techniques for classic CrossFit movements. This course will ease you into the intensity of the CrossFit workouts.
**Your Fundamentals fee includes your 5 Fundies courses + our regular CF & MetCon classes for the remainder of the month once you’ve completed your Fundies requirements**
**Also includes a 1-on-1 nutrition consultation with one of our coaches to help you start out on the right path.**

 

 

 

REDLINE
Formerly known as MetCon, our RedLine classes are high-intensity, always changing interval training for a calorie-burning workout like you’ve never seen before. We could be doing body weight movements, kettlebells, dumbbells, running, rowing and much more! Get ready to burn off those stubborn inches without worrying about more technical movements and get your heart pounding to the beat of fun fitness!

OLYMPIC LIFTING
Focused time to work on the finer points of the Clean & Jerk and the Snatch, aka the Olympic lifts. Designed for athletes with 3 or more months of CrossFit experience and a basic understanding of these lifts, Olympic Lifting class gives you the opportunity to improve technique and gain strength in a setting where you can work at your own pace without the distraction of other movements.
