What we offer

People rowing in a workout class

“Constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit classes combine strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, squats, deadlifts, burpees and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored! We scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time.

Our RedLine classes take High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to the next level. This class is great for all experience levels as you’ll be exposed to a variety of movements you’ll also find in our CrossFit classes. We keep things interesting by including a combination of body weight movements, kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, running, rowing and much more PLUS built-in rest in each workout! Burn calories, increase your metabolic rate and keep your heart healthy with RedLine!
